Cordture Return & Refund Policy
One-of-a-Kind Items
Each Cordture piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind — where cord meets couture. Because of the unique, limited-edition nature of our designs, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Exceptions
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nikkistinson@mac.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if your item has not yet shipped. After that, all sales are final.
Shipping Issues
Cordture is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by postal carriers. Once your order is in transit, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its journey.
